Service Description

During this consultation we will discuss your fitness goals and how I can help you to achieve each one. We will also be discussing your exercise history, current activity levels, nutrition, sleep, motivation levels, potential barriers that may hinder you from getting to your goals, etc. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions that you may have. After the consultation, if you decide to come on board with me, I will assess your needs during our first session via different methods i.e. taking your measurements, doing a few tests, performing specific exercise movements. Enabling me to be able to gauge your fitness level and also track your progress over time. I will then draw up a regular fitness routine for you to follow during our sessions going forward. This plan will be suited to you and your specific needs, defined by the goals set during our consultation. Remember, a healthy life is a happy life, begin the lifestyle change today!
