ABOUT ME

My name is Zena and I am a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer. 

 

6 years ago I was an overweight, negative, depressed, insecure person. Today I am the fittest, happiest and most confident that I’ve ever been.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My fitness journey began in 2016 when I became sick and tired of being overweight, enough was enough, I needed a change. Since then, I’ve progressed beyond my wildest dreams and in the process inspired many others to begin their own fitness journeys. Initially my main goal was weight loss, having being my biggest wearing size 20 clothes, to now wearing 10/12. I did this through changing my lifestyle to accommodate the person that I wanted to become. I changed my diet, starting doing cardio a minimum of 3 times a week and somewhere along my journey, I also fell in love with weight lifting.

I myself have experienced first hand how being unfit and overweight affects many aspects of your life. The gym changed my life physically, mentally and emotionally and I want to help you discover the benefits and many joys you can get from training, that also helped me to become the person that I am today. My aim is to help individuals become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally, by passing onto others the knowledge and experience that I have acquired over the years, saving you from making the mistakes that I did through trial and error.  Being able to change lives for a living, is not only a privilege, but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. I live to help people better their lives on a general scale.

As a fully qualified and accredited trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives and it doesn't have to be a chore, it can be an enjoyable journey. I am able to design effective goal specific training programs and pinpoint potential flaws within a clients nutritional/lifestyle habits and correct them in a way that is easy to understand and also manageable within the current needs and circumstances.
